Good Value for Money Positive: We stayed at this place for 5 nights. The property is a well-maintained apartment. Its obvious that the owner puts in a lot of effort to keep it in good shape. Each apartment is associated with a parking spot. Stores and smaller restaurants are around for the convenience. Negative: The property is slightly off Miami Downtown (the actual city) and it requires a walk of approx. 2 km to reach the busy places. Unfortunately there was an incident during out stay directly in front of the apartment. 3 shots fired and a lot of police around afterwards. We cannot confirm that this area is safe in general. However, the owner mentioned that this was a very isolated event over the last 6 years.

Excelente ubicación y comodidad Positive: Muy bien ubicado, tranquilo, amplio y camas cómodas. La cocina tiene buena dotación si deseas cocinar, mira la alacena antes de tus compras podrás encontrar bastantes suministros. Tiene 3 sillas, sombrillas y mantas para llevar a la playa lo cual fue excelente. Patricia siempre contestó rápidamente nuestras dudas y nos dio recomendaciones de buenos lugares y restaurantes cerca. Espacio de parqueo amplios y en frente de los apartamentos Negative: No tenemos ninguna observación

You should stay here :) Positive: The apartment is highly recommended. It has two spacious bedrooms with a large wardrobe, a comfortable bathroom, and a living room and dining area with a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need – a toaster, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery, a microwave, and a large refrigerator. It's clean, tidy, and very pleasant. The apartment's holiday vibe further enhanced the stay. There are no large shops nearby, but there are a few local shops where you can buy the most essentials. Negative: There's a school next to the building, which makes it a bit noisy and crowded in the mornings - it's not a big minus, but it's worth keeping in mind :)

Valeu muito a pena. Positive: Achei tudo muito prático de fazer, apartamento muito bom e com ótimo tamanho. Negative: Único defeito são as cortinas do quarto que não são blackout e deixam muita fresta de luz entrar, então para dormir o quarto não fica muito escuro.

Positive: Well located. Clean. Well stocked. Negative: Noisy AC. No chairs on the balcony.
