Appartement confortable près de Brickell VI

Safe and comfortable stay, thanks Positive: Patricia was very helpful and responsible owner. She supported immediately and did her best to meet out request. Easy to communicate. House is close to Brickell and Little havana and 15 Minuten to Downtown by car, House has a private parking Lot free of charge which was very helpful during the stay. Area is Safe and more latine people which makes the area more friendly.. Negative: Air conditions were noisy it may be fixed, and the water Flow in bathroom should be increased.

Positive: We hadden een compleet appartement tot onze beschikking, inclusief eigen parkeerplaats. Het appartement ligt in een woonwijk met een kleine winkel 2 deuren verder. Fijn dat er 2 slaapkamers waren zodat onze kinderen niet op een slaapbank hoefden te liggen. Ook handig dat er strandlakens, stoeltjes en een parasol aanwezig waren voor als je een dagje naar het strand wil. Negative: De airco's maakten veel geluid.

Ótimo custo beneficio Positive: Ótimo apartamento, anfitria super prestativa. Localização com fácil acesso aos principais pontos de miami downtown. Negative: Foi tudo ótimo mas pontuaria a pressão da agua do chuveiro nao sendo um problema.
