Positive: Limpeza e decoração Negative: Ter apenas um banheiro

Très bon séjour, superbe logement !! Je recommande Positive: Le logement était propre, les lits étaient très confortables. L’emplacement était correct. Les hôtes étaient disponibles et à l’écoute. Je recommande !! Negative: L’eau avait du mal à s’écouler dans les canalisations de la salle de bain.

Emplacement parfait et hôtes aux petits soins

Silent and really cozy apartment Positive: Silent neighborhood and familiar atmosphere; comfortable beds and lining; functional light blockers for the windows in the sleeping rooms; easy parking even for middle size SUVs; Easy access to supermarkets, convenience stores and local restaurants/bars. Staff‘s attention and handiness; near to Little Havanna and Brickell downtown around ~15min by car. Negative: Air-conditioning machines in sleeping rooms need replacement, too noisy, make a lot of noise, we had to shut them off and keep only the one from living-room on during night to sleep well; kitchen does not have a washing machine for long stay; shower is quite old style, functional, however a bit small for more than three ppl, there is no separate WC. Access to apartment is over a external quite sleeper stair, not for elderly ppl with heavy luggages.

Parfait Positive: Très bel appartement, spacieux, près de tous les points d’interêt de Miami. En plus un parking gratuit . Hôte très réactif et très sympathique
