Ótimo custo beneficio
Positive: Ótimo apartamento, anfitria super prestativa. Localização com fácil acesso aos principais pontos de miami downtown.
Negative: Foi tudo ótimo mas pontuaria a pressão da agua do chuveiro nao sendo um problema.

Positive: Quartier tranquille. Nous avons marché jusqu'au métro mover en 15 min, on peut se rendre à Bayside rapidement. Près de Brickell, 20 a 25 min de marche.
Appart nickel, spacieux, lits super confortables. Parking pour la voiture gratuit et à côté de l'appart. La clim est bruyante c'est le seul détail négatif.

Good apartment near Brickell
Positive: The apartment had all the kitchen essentials, including oil and spices. The bed was very comfortable. The host, Patricia was super responsive and helpful.
Negative: The couch was a bit uncomfortable for 2 people to watch TV in the big screen, the toilet sometimes did not fill up with water so it didn't flush, but that was a quick fix once we discovered it.
