Cozy Apartment Near Brickell I

Tenía justo lo que necesitábamos, muy céntrico. Positive: Nos gusto mucho la ubicación céntrica, los espacios del apartamento y todos los detalles que tenía para hacerlo una casa fuera de casa. Tanto en cocina, habitaciones, baño y sala. El estacionamiento en frente. Linda decoración. Justo lo que necesitábamos. La atención de Patricia siempre atenta a nuestros requerimientos o necesidades fue muy oportuna.

Positive: A casa é muito confortável e de ótimo bom gosto! Percebemos o cuidado que a Patrícia tem para receber os hóspedes. Localização ótima também, fácil acesso para qualquer região que necessite se deslocar. Sem dúvida voltarei!

Nice apartment for a good price in Miami, but needs a bit of upgrade to make it more comfortable Positive: The apartment was big, located near several shops, restaurants and the Brickell area, they had air conditioning and the host was communicating to see if everything was going great. Kitchen was well equipped and a big plus: parking spot in front of the building. Negative: The place needs a bit of upgrade since it seems kind of old. Also, the bed from the second bedroom was uncomfortable and very soft. As for the bathroom, it has some old stains that make it seem like dirty and old and it could have been cleaner. Also, the sliding door that is facing the street does not work, so you had to place a wood board in the rails, so that needs to be taken care of because it is not the ideal thing. Even though the specification stated that it was near Brickell, which was true, the surroundings weren’t the best but still very safe.
