Nice place with spacious rooms, but communication could be improved. Positive: The house was quite large. Larger than we expected. There were necessary amenities like a new sponge and necessary kitchen utensils. The beds were large and nice. There was AC in each room. Negative: This was our first trip to the US, and the area seemed dangerous at first, but it turned out to be quiet at night. Only once were we woken by the sound of an opossum walking on the roof. However, the biggest issue we encountered was communication with the owner. We had a problem with the toilet flush and wrote to him about it, but we didn’t receive a response. Instead, we got automatic generic messages, which were often duplicated.
